Free Quooker Tap Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer
Customers will receive a complimentary Quooker tap with a qualifying Pluck kitchen order where the first payment is made between 17 June 2026 and 31 July 2026 (inclusive).
2. Eligibility
This offer applies to new orders for Pluck kitchen cabinetry and furniture with a minimum order value of £15,000, where the first payment is received during the promotional period.
3. Qualifying Payment
The payment made during the promotional period must be the standard payment required to confirm a kitchen order. Nominal or partial payments made solely to secure the offer will not qualify.
4. Payment Timing
– The first payment must be received between 00:00 on 17 June 2026 and 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (UK time).
– Orders confirmed outside this period are not eligible, even if discussions, quotations or design work took place earlier.
5. Promotional Product
Eligible customers may choose one of the following Quooker tap models in Polished Chrome finish, each supplied with a Pro3 boiling-water tank:
– Fusion Round
– Fusion Square
– Flex Round
– Flex Square
6. Alternative Models and Finishes
Customers may choose an alternative Quooker tap model and/or finish. Where the selected product has a recommended retail price exceeding £1,250 (inc. VAT), the customer will be responsible for paying the difference between the selected product’s retail price and the promotional allowance of £1,250.
7. One Promotional Tap Per Order
A maximum of one complimentary Quooker tap may be claimed per qualifying kitchen order, regardless of the size or value of the order. Additional Quooker taps purchased as part of the same order will be charged at the applicable retail price.
8. Offer Application
The complimentary Quooker tap will be supplied as part of the qualifying kitchen order. No cash alternative, credit, refund or substitution will be offered in place of the promotional product.
9. Exclusions
This promotion applies only to Pluck kitchen cabinetry and furniture. The following items are excluded from the offer and do not count towards the qualifying minimum spend: appliances, worktops, delivery, installation, third-party products and services and products purchased through the Pluck online shop.
10. Non-Transferable
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another order, or combined with any other promotion, discount, incentive or special offer.
11. Changes to Orders
The promotion applies to the kitchen order confirmed at the time the qualifying payment is received. Items added after the promotional period may not be eligible for inclusion within the offer.
12. Cancellations
If an eligible order is cancelled after the promotional period, the promotional entitlement will be forfeited and will not apply to any future order.
13. Right to Withdraw
Pluck reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
14. General
This offer is subject to availability. By placing an order under this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
