The very basic building blocks of bespoke kitchens are cupboards and drawers. We have a library of designs that we will draw upon to practically furnish your space with. 

The layout of these non-negotiable elements will reflect how you wish to use your kitchen. Our design team will work with you to ascertain and discern what your priorities are and will explore things like: where you want your pans and other cookware to be stored; is wall cabinetry useful; how much crockery you have; are you comforted by, and therefore intend to have, a stash of consumables; how many drawers do you need…surely everyone needs the everything drawer, a handy repository for homeless items?!

What goes on inside these cupboards and drawers is important too – shelf height and depth, internal drawer designs – cutlery and utensil inserts – all will be designed to reflect how you will use your kitchen.

Another fundamental of kitchen design is of course the appliances, whether you wish to have integrated or freestanding appliances or a combination of both…perhaps this is a starting point for you, knowing you are definitely keeping your old, perfectly functioning fridge-freezer or ancient and reliable range cooker.

Pluck cabinetry has recessed handles, meaning there is no jutting hardware. The size of this small design detail is not proportionate to the impact it will have on your scheme – the pop of colour, wood or unlacquered brass you choose as the handle back can have a considerable impact on the kitchen’s palette. 

The handles are available in four shapes: square, pill, circle and rectangle.
