‘We both love food’ say the couple who created this kitchen, speaking to Ideal Home magazine about their renovations. When they bought their Victorian terrace in South East London it had a cramped, dingy kitchen which was at odds with their dream of a space which is practical for cooking, entertaining and relaxing. They envisaged dining and seating areas, high-spec appliances and an island where they could cook and look out onto the garden – all came to pass! Our design includes Half Moon White cabinetry with a London Plane island, the wood’s colour and texture making it a focal point of the kitchen. Also look out for three types of shelves in the kitchen, Spoke, integrated and floating.
